Our Families

As a not-for-profit community early learning centre, Aspen replies on parent participation to remain operational. As a parent, you can get involved in many ways, depending on the time you have available.

This might include:
– joining the committee as an ordinary member or joining the committee by nominating at the AGM for a Managment Position
– donating materials, resources
- volunteer your time, services and/or skills of professional expertise
– volunteer time to plan/organise events, fundraisers, help set up or pack down, help at worker bees
– contribute to service philosophy, policy development and complete family surveys
- Parent or family show and tell- Share your culture with your child’s class by telling a story, bringing in cultural items, sharing cultural music, dance or arts and craft activity.
– spending time with the children
