We have a fantastic, dedicated team here at Aspen. Our early childhood team is committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge, through professional development workshops and training. Aspen Community Childcare has a low staff turnover, with many of our staff members employed here for a decade or more. This allows continuity of care to feature throughout our rooms.
Each room is staffed by a Lead Educator and an Assistant Educator. All Lead Educators hold a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Services. All Assistant Educators hold a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Services. Regular staff meetings are held to ensure effective management of the children’s learning environments. Management Staff are enrolled to studying Advanced Diplomas in Community Management.
All staff have current Senior First Aid Certificates, current Blue Cards, and a selection of educators also hold Managing Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
