How do I check if there is a place available for my child?
The first step is to fill out a waiting list form. Email the waitlist form to Aspen Email or return the waitlist form to our office staff, and we will be able to inform you whether there is availability for your child.

What if my child has an allergy or needs medication?
Please inform us upon enrolment or as soon as your child is diagnosed or directed by Medical Practitioner if your child has an allergy, or needs medication administered.

What if my child is sick?
While every reasonable effort is taken to min the spread of illness, it’s not possible to prevent the spread of all illnesses or diseases in early education centres. You may need to keep your child home from the service due to illness. Aspen CELC not only have a responsibility to maintain the health and safety of the children that attend our service but also of our Families, Educators, Staff and Community. Children should remain at home if they have high temperatures and/or are displaying symptoms of being unwell and could be considered infectious. Please call us if you are unsure whether your child should attend daycare. See quick checklist Think Pharmacy First- Parent Quick Checklist Is My Child Too Sick for Childcare

What do I do if I can’t pick my child up?
Please arrange with us prior to let us know if another person will be picking up your child. If they are not a person who is already listed as an Authorised Person to Collect, then you will be required to either 1. Add them to your xplor home account as a new contact and select Authorised Person to Collect or complete an Alternate Release Form available from the Office. If you are unable to pick your child up by 6pm, a late fee is charged.

Can I come and visit the centre first before I enrol my child?
You may come and visit the centre first, please call or visit us after 10am from Monday to Friday.
