CHILD CARE SUBSIDY is a Services Australia payment that helps with the cost of approved child care.

Services Australia pays the subsidy to your child care provider to reduce the fees you pay.

Who can get it

To get Child Care Subsidy you must:

  • care for a child 13 or younger who's not attending secondary school, unless an exemption applies

  • use an approved child care service

  • be responsible for paying the child care fees

  • meet residency and immunisation requirements.

Am I eligible - this will depend upon the following information?

  • a family’s income

  • how many children a family has in care

  • the age of the children in care

  • a family’s activity level

  • the type of care a family uses.

    You will need a MYGOV account to apply for your child care subsidy which must be linked to Centrelink.

    Use your MYGOV account to provide your information and supporting documentation

    Your claim will be assessed and you will be notified of the subsidy percentage and eligible hours

ASpen 10 Hour Session FEE (10hrs/day) 7.00AM TO 6.00PM

$107.00 Per Session

ASpen 9 Hour Session FEE (9hrs/day) 8.00AM TO 5.00PM

$102.50 Per Session

Fees include the following for all children.

  • Welcome Pack including Aspen Branded Calico Bag, Adjustable child bucket hat, brim width offers excellent protection and exceeds Cancer Council Guidelines in variety of vibrant colours.

  • Nappies and Nappy Pants for children aged to 3 years

  • All food - Morning and Afternoon Tea, Lunch and healthy snacks throughout the day

  • Sunscreen, wipes, and all other consumables

  • Seasonal Incursions

    Educational shows for children throughout the year - FREE

    Weekly Sport Lesson sessions for Munchkin, Pixie and Kindy Room Children - FREE

    Other incursions through the year may include.

    Cultural and Indigenous Workshops, Music Workshops, Sustainability Education Workshops, Wood Workshop (Kindy Children) - FREE

EXTRA FEES

Enrolment Fee - $54.00

Enrolment Fees other children in the family attending the Centre – $40.00

Late Fees for any time after 6.00pm for each period of 15 minutes or part thereof – $30.00
